When I went to pick up the car, I couldn't pay online at the entrance; I had to pay at the store, which was much more expensive. After paying, there were no keys in the car. They made me wait a long time in the rain, and in the end, they changed the car for me.
The car given was different from the one booked. A deposit of $254 was charged, and there was an additional unknown charge of $24, totaling over $278, which was not refunded. Online reviews are also bad. A scammy business. I hope there won't be any further cooperation.
They tried to sell me full insurance without needed. I informed them i dont want and again they put it in the contract. Thank God i saw before sign. In drop off they put me 10$ to be charged without informing what it is. Again i noticed and i came back. They remove it and print another final reciept without apologising or telling me what was the mistake! Terrible
