I repeatedly emphasized that I did not want any additional insurance or services, but Budget still added roadside assistance and personal injury insurance. Obvious fraudulent behavior!
The service was severely inadequate. I will never use Zuzuche again. Their platform kept pushing for expensive insurance. In the US, Budget scammed me for over $200. Afterwards, they pretended to be helpful but have no authority to do anything. Zuzuche is just a middleman. Used it once, learned my lesson for life.
I was asked to do an upgrade cause car I wanted was not available and ended up paying more
