Very poor service, no one paid any attention to me. When returning the car, they overcharged me and couldn't explain it clearly. I returned the car one hour late and was charged a lot more money without any reason.
The overall service was fine. The only issue was the upselling, where they tried to get you to upgrade to a larger car. This would increase costs, but you can decline.
