The strange hybrid car broke down many times and ran out of charge. Roadside assistance never arrived on site and didn't respond in time. Extra charges applied when returning the car! Greg, the return agent, openly asked for a tip.

Dollar overcharged me at the counter. The agent was less than friendly and always high pressure to up sell additional insurance, EZ pass, upgrade, etc.
The policy for Toll Road fees was a rip off. $12.00 per day?? When individual Tolls are between $0.60 and $1.50? Unconscionable!
