heartsの受付頂いた女性担当者は、手際もよかった。しかし、フロントで搭乗者保険を加入していたにもかかわらず、加入を勧められた。加入証明のプリントを見せて加入済みであることを伝えたところ、スムーズな対応をして頂いた。

レンタル2日目にタイヤがパンクしてQEEQにLINEで連絡したが、スムーズな回答が得られなかった。回答が来たのは1時間30分後だった。タイヤ交換してheartsレンタル会社にて車両の交換をして頂いた。、

They added numerous insurances without any consultation and forced us to buy a full tank of gas after rejecting them, charging us $60 for gas that costs $40 outside. The vehicle model was downgraded from a Grand Cherokee to a regular SUV, which was not four-wheel drive, preventing us from visiting King's Valley. This was the worst car rental company, hands down.
