The Dollar counter forcibly promoted the roadside assistance service, charging an extra $173, and their attitude was impatient. The receipt issued for the roadside assistance was surprisingly from Hertz.
Only issue was on the drop off, staff did not know how to get to our hotel (on airport) and also I had two chase up emails asking if I had returned the car
Like: The price and convenience of pick up at the Airport. Dislike: Airport's major structural improvements made it confusing where to check in to pick up the car. Airport signage was not obvious about where the rental car counters were located. Drop off was perfect as ever!
