Overall, the experience was terrible. Avoid this rental company at all costs. We booked in advance and paid, but when we arrived to pick up the car, they said it wasn't ready. They offered to take us to our hotel and promised the car would be delivered in two hours. When it finally arrived, they said there was a missing signature, so I had to go back to sign and pick up the car. When returning the car, they initially said someone would take us to the airport, but when we got there, they said no one was available, and we ended up waiting for at least 20 minutes with an uncertain time frame. In the end, I had to spend 22 dollars on a taxi to the airport. The car condition was far from what was advertised; it was an older car with over 100,000 kilometers and had an unpleasant smell. This was the worst rental experience ever. The front desk was full of complaints, and the manager had a terrible attitude. Avoid this company!
1. The price for early car return displayed on Zuzuche was 35 NZD, but the car rental company said it was 45 NZD.
2. At the Christchurch store, the company offering Chinese-language service had a poor attitude towards early car returns for Chinese tourists, simply giving the address and phone number of another agency (which only offers English-language service). In the rush to catch an early flight without knowing how to communicate, I had to find the store myself and waited for the first Chinese staff member to start work before successfully returning the car.
3. The instructions for car return were not detailed enough. Later, I was able to find store staff during business hours. Therefore, my early return fee should be refunded.
4. The Chinese-speaking staff at the Christchurch store were essentially useless, only mechanically repeating the same sentence. I do not recommend renting from this company! (All of the above are backed by chat records.)
The car was as expected - clean and in good condition. The wait time for the shuttle varied and depending on how busy the counter staff are, it would affect the time taken to pick up and drop off the car.

The vehicle was a Toyota yards hybrid. They claim it was a 2013 but it seemed even older than that. Headlight lenses were "fogged over" from age so they weren't very bright at night. The car had numerous scratches & dents.

The full protection coverage which I decided to purchase through your website because of advertising a better deal would have been cheaper to purchase at the counter at Yes Rental ($22NZD/day)
Arrived at 1:30 so they said we had to bring the car back at 1:30pm instead of our initial 2pm booking time. Great customer service would have left it at 2pm drop off!
Very satisfied! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Completing the information in advance made the pickup process very quick and simple! Returning the car was also very convenient! Highly recommended!

I booked Toyota Prius or similar but was offered Toyota Aqua.. which is much smaller & definitely not similar . I mentioned staff, but staff was adamant & said to me that he can give me a refund & nothing else he can do. This was around 9 at night I had no choice but pickup the car which is much smaller than what I booked. Customer service was poor & will not use their services in future. I should be refunded the difference of rental between the two cars
