The staff had a bad attitude and couldn't speak English, making communication impossible. Part of the contract and payment terms were written in Turkish, which was incomprehensible, leading to issues. It seems like there are many scammers in Turkey; I was even cheated at a public transport recharge station. No scenery can outweigh negative experiences with people. I recommend being cautious when visiting Turkey.

The staff outright refused our request to pick up the car one hour earlier without any room for negotiation. Their attitude wasn't great. I explained that we would return the car one hour earlier if we picked it up early, but the staff still refused and showed no flexibility at all.
The car pickup process was relatively smooth, but the car was almost empty with just a drop of fuel left. The staff didn't say anything, and it was 2 a.m.! I ended up breaking down 20 kilometers away from the airport because the car ran out of fuel.
The service was satisfactory, but the car condition was disappointing. The first car we picked up in Istanbul showed a yellow warning light one hour after driving. With the help of locals, we learned it was not a big issue and continued driving. However, upon reaching Izmir, a red warning light appeared, which was very dangerous. On the way to the rental office, we got rear-ended, but the rental company handled the situation and provided a replacement car. The replacement car then showed a maintenance wrench warning in Antalya, and we had to go to the rental office for servicing, which wasted a lot of time and fuel. Additionally, the first car we returned still had one and a half bars of fuel. Overall, the staff had a good attitude, and all issues were eventually resolved satisfactorily.
Very satisfied. The staff were very patient. The car provided at pickup had only 14,000 kilometers on it. The condition of the car was great, and the space was plenty enough.
Overall very satisfied. The only issue is that although the pick-up was scheduled for 10 AM, they didn’t process it earlier and wouldn’t allow changes to the pick-up and drop-off times unless you cancel and rebook. However, we worried that canceling might result in losing the desired model. The drop-off process was very smooth—after the car inspection and paying the highway toll, everything was done.
Overall, we were quite satisfied. We rented the car for 21 days and drove over 5,000 kilometers. They gave us a car with over 50,000 kilometers on it, and halfway through the trip it reminded us that maintenance was needed.
