It was my second booking from Munich Airport...Minimum 1 hour i waited there from tail...They should be faster than now...And nobody controled car,you should control and point all damages from car...We didnt see small point on right front door from darkness,now i am wondering how much i will pay for this point...They should deliver car and they should show past damages.
The staff was very friendly, the pickup process was simple, and they specifically reminded me to check the car and take photos if there were any issues.
Should have more service staff on days with high volume. Will be able to check most of puck up timing and stand by more staff. Overall staff experience was excellent though. Just a bit short handed.

Nice car but bodywork in poor condition - scratches & dents everywhere. Most of this damage was not mentioned on the vehicle damage report when I collected the vehicle.
Car rental was terrible , i spent 2 hours on queue i faced a problem and they said pls go back to queue and i spent another 1 hour. Also they tried to sell me double price !

Everything was perfect on hiring a car from this application.
Picked up a new car with only 1000 km, noticed the driver's seat armrest was dirty. Staff said they only record the issue but don't clean it, advised to go to the exchange location if not satisfied. Budget's approach is understandable. After a day's drive, the tire pressure warning came up. Checked at a gas station: standard pressure 2.3, but the tires were at 2.1, 2.0, 1.9, and 2.2. For a new car, how was it driven by the previous user? The staff confirmed it was full of fuel with no scratches. After three days, they still deducted 11 euros from the deposit, claiming it wasn't full. 7 euros for fuel plus 4 euros for tax. If it was confirmed full, how can they later say it wasn't? With 7 euros of fuel, this hybrid should at least run 100 km. In the end, Budget is understandable, but it's much worse compared to Budget in the USA. Everything never happened in the USA but all happened in Europe.

There was over 1 hour at the pick up desk.
They tried to charge me upon vehicle return because there was no parcel shelf in the car - the car did not have a parcel shelf when I picked it up!
Instructions were unclear. I returned the car to the airport parking lot on time, but they didn't process it promptly and charged me an extra 100 euros for being late.
