I personally think the process of picking up and returning the car is very convenient. The staff are patient and pay attention to details, explaining everything thoroughly without any upselling. Returning the car is simple—just drop the key in the key box. The service is highly flexible and user-friendly. What’s particularly great is the affordable pricing and extended operating hours at the counter. While the interior of the car didn’t look brand new, the tires were extremely new.
The service was decent, but the queue was quite long. I was assisted by a foreign staff member who probably didn't want to speak much English, so they seemed reluctant to communicate. I only later realized that the Corolla's chassis is quite low, making an SUV more suitable for the South Island.
Thank you for accompanying us for 2600KM over more than ten days. The vehicle was quiet, handled well, and had great space. Although we originally booked a Prado, the rental company informed us that it wasn’t available and replaced it with the latest 2024 Everest Sport model, a brand-new car with only 3200 KM total mileage.
Extremely satisfied, everything went smoothly. When picking up the car, the staff mentioned there was a one-year-old Prado available, but they also had a brand-new Endeavour that's only one month old. They asked if I wanted to switch, and I decisively chose the new car. I opted for the full insurance from the rental company. The car was in excellent condition, had no odor, featured a reversing camera, and could connect to a smartphone for navigation. It was the diesel version with strong power, seven seats, and the last row was already folded down to accommodate large luggage. On a rainy day, I drove the mountain roads and switched to four-wheel drive.
Excellent service. We encountered some issues with credit card payment, and the staff was very patient. The manager personally handled it for us and resolved the problem.
