Overall satisfied, but the post-return inspection was a bit too strict. They found a small dent caused by a stone and required me to pay for repairs. It's really frustrating.
I returned the car with a full tank as required by the platform, but I was forcibly charged over $80 for fuel on my credit card when I received the bill. It was very disappointing.
The car was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned at all. There was no windshield washer fluid, so I had to use a water bottle to pour water on the windshield.
It took an hour to pick up the car, as they kept insisting that I hadn't purchased insurance. I contacted Zuzuche's customer service to resolve the issue. Returning the car was smooth and without any problems.
