Excellent service. Booked the cheapest car but got a Peugeot 2008 SUV, which I believe is an upgrade of two levels. The lady handling the car pickup didn't mention anything about it. The car was a bit too big for just one person, used more fuel, but it was very stable and had fast acceleration. In Croatia, driving speeds are very high, especially on the highways where you need to maintain a high speed to keep up. After driving, I realized that only such a stable car could handle it well. Both pickup and drop-off were managed by David, who was very helpful, attentive, and dedicated. Because I didn't buy insurance from the car rental company, they reserved a deposit of 1100 euros on my card, the highest I've ever had to pay. I hope the company releases the hold on my deposit soon.

We waited for over twenty minutes until a rude woman showed up. We complained that the address was incorrect, but she said it wasn't their responsibility. She tried to evade responsibility and even threatened to call airport security.

1. There were too few staff for car pickup. They were too busy to attend to customers. Basic car conditions (like the triangle warning sign, tools, spare tire, control, mileage, fuel gauge, etc.) were not explained or introduced. Other scratches and even tire cracks pointed out were not recorded either. Overall, it felt like they had no time for service, and they just wanted you to drive away quickly. There was no sign of nine-point service level and quality. 2. They charged a 100 Euros cross-border insurance despite knowing a newly constructed bridge made it unnecessary to cross borders. Being able to easily find the bridge myself as a non-local, I found this service provider disgusting. 3. During car return, the inspection was very thorough, but they did not issue a receipt immediately after confirming there were no issues (said they would send it via email a week later). This service provider does not deserve a 9-point rating. Future customers should be cautious.

During pickup, there was no inspection reminder for the undercarriage. At drop-off, scratches were found on the undercarriage. Although I had full insurance, dealing with the incident abroad for the first time was time-consuming. Secondly, the provided vehicle, a Toyota hybrid, is not sold domestically. I was unfamiliar with its operation, which prevented achieving a high speed, making me hesitant to drive on the highway. It took six hours to cover 200 km.

Satisfied. The vehicle was relatively new. Although it was small, the trunk space was large enough to fit a 20, 24, and 26-inch suitcase each. Service was also enthusiastic. However, traveling from Junlincheng to Montenegro required an additional fee of about 20 euros per day (not exactly sure of the amount). I only went to Montenegro for two days but had to pay this fee for the entire duration. The car was full of gas when picked up and returned, and there was a gas station near the airport.

Car exceeded my expectation and had no issue with it driving from Dubrovnik to Milan. Only problem was the gas tank was only 2/8 full and it was hard to calculate how much gas we had to put in the tank as we were driving more than 1, 500 kilometers so we brought it back 7/8 full.

This was our first time renting from Alamo. The procedures were quick, there was no queue when we arrived, and the staff were very courteous and professional. For crossing Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro for 22 days, they charged us a cross-border fee of 50 euros. Others we met on the road said they were charged 60 euros for crossing just one country. Alamo seems to be more reasonable. Towards the end of our trip, we scratched the car door at a guesthouse. It was a noticeable scratch but didn't require panel beating, just some paintwork. We spoke with the staff when returning the car, and they said it was no big deal and not to worry about it.

It was our first time renting from Alamo. The process was quick, we didn't have to wait in line. The staff was very professional and friendly. We crossed borders into Bosnia, Serbia, and Montenegro over 22 days. The rental company charged us a 50 Euro border fee. We met other travelers who were charged 60 Euros for crossing just one border. Alamo seems more reasonable. Towards the end, we scratched the car door at a guesthouse. It was a big scratch but didn't need bodywork, just paint. We talked to the staff about insurance, but they said it was fine, no need to worry about it.

I rented a Range Rover Sport but got a Grand Cherokee. Are these really in the same category? A car that sells for over a million yuan compared to one that can't even sell for 300,000 yuan in China? Even in the UK and US, they're not considered the same level. If you're basing it on interior space, then my Haval could be compared to a Cayenne or Range Rover. How is this the same category?

I was expecting a car like Skoda station wagon, but instead got a Dacia which is of much lesser quality and horse power. Not happy with the length of time it took to get the car and also upon return I head to argue with the agent that very small scratches from wear and tear were already present on the car. When I was picking the car up after waiting for almost 1 hour I was rushed and the agent was minimizing the small scratches as if they were insignificant. While upon return the agent acted much differently. I was charged for polishing in the end. I don’t think I would be choosing Green Motion against.

Wrong car, it was a budget Dacia estate car that was way under powered, not a corsa hatch (or similar)that I was expecting. Our flight was delayed slightly which made us land at 9.45pm, I called the office immediately and asked if they will hang on until we could collect our bags, the guy replied with maybe, maybe not because out of hours finishes at 10pm. So this caused a lot of unnecessary stress at that particular time. When we got to the office he was telling us to hurry up and get the transaction done, not professional at all. It was only after this that the assistant (who was very pleasant) showed us our car for the week, we didn’t have the time, energy or patience to complain about not having the correct vehicle at that particular time as we had had a long days travelling and we still had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. I still don’t know if I have over paid for the car as I was given Dacia instead of the corsa, and I know he charged me £50 instead of the stated £45 for cross border papers. Not happy at all....

Very dissatisfied!!!!!! I've been renting cars from your company since you opened six months ago, always through your website when traveling abroad. This time, Europcar was extremely unfair!!!!!! The two families ahead of us got new cars, but we were given a car with severe scratches on the right door. When we asked for a replacement, they said there were no other cars available. After I completed the paperwork and was about to drive away, I saw a European family who came after us get a brand new Opel. I confronted them, and they just said 'sorry, no more cars available.' I asked why the people after us could get a new car, and they just smiled without saying anything! I said, 'Is it because I'm Chinese that you give me a worn-out car?' They still smiled without responding! I was furious! Never renting from them again!!!!!! Additionally, I had already paid a deposit of over 2000 RMB to the rental website, but the rental company still charged me the full amount. When I questioned them, they admitted to receiving part of the payment but said their system could only charge the full amount and advised me to request a refund from the rental website!

We were asked to buy additional insurance for the drive from Dubrovnik to Split, the fact that I have a global and annual insurance policy through ALLIANZ which I have been using for years and it covers all my rental car insurance needs. The agent said that I MUST buy an additional insurance for 50 Euros. I asked about it from others and they told me this is how rental car offices scam you for extra money and that i did NOT need that insurance. I feel a great disservice and would not want to rent from SURPRICE on my next visit to Dubrovnik..

When picking up the car, although there was no queue, the efficiency was extremely low, and we waited for a long time. When returning the car, their parking lot had no staff, and they were making excuses. They pointed out multiple scratches on the car, which was clearly nonsense. Even though we had full insurance and didn't need to pay extra, I can imagine the hassle if we didn't have full insurance. This was the first time encountering such a situation in Europe. It felt like they were trying to scam the insurance. We received a parking ticket for 48 units, and they offered to handle it privately for 100 units in cash. Overall, it felt very unprofessional. I would prefer to rent from Avis or Hertz in the future.
