The company is small and doesn't have a direct office at the airport. Even though I had specified airport pick-up in advance, there were no clear signs upon arrival. After several inquiries and phone calls, I found out that I needed to take a quick rail to another terminal's shuttle bus point. I waited there for a long time before meeting the rental company’s representative. After being picked up, we had to drive about 5 kilometers away from the airport to their office to complete the paperwork. Similarly, for the return, we had to go to the office first, then be driven to the airport shuttle point, which was still some distance from the international departure terminal. This process is very inconvenient for travelers with a lot of luggage or with children. Additionally, the staff repeatedly insisted on adding insurance for the car's occupants (10 CAD per day). We were not familiar with the local regulations, so we signed the agreement. However, after consulting with local friends later, we learned that this type of insurance is generally unnecessary.
