The process to get and return the vehicle is terrible, they try to force you get additional insurance even if you already have one. The car was very dirty and in terrible condition, scratches and dents everywhere and a larger hit in the front bumper. The inside wasn't any better, a broken handle to open the trunk, stained and dusty seats, I even had to clean the inside of the windshield because I couldn't see with the sunlight reflecting on the dirty windshield.
The car return was also a problem, first to find the right place because Hertz is not with the other car rental companies and I didn't see any sign that showed the correct path, when you get there you have to wait until their personnel goes to your car and verifies the gas level, condition of the car and keys which took a little more than 10 minutes, and after that you have to head into the office, make another line and close your contract, another 15 minutes.
In general, not a good experience
