Upon arrival at the rental company, they demanded additional rental fees, claiming our rate was too low to be possible. We showed them our booking and held firm. After nearly an hour of arguing, we were finally allowed to take the car. However, it wasn't the Toyota we booked, but a smaller Renault estate car. Fortunately, one of our companions had lighter luggage, so we managed to fit the luggage of four people. To save time, we didn't insist further and just took the car and left.

The store and platform information is not synchronized. The store did not receive the payment information from the platform and required a repeat deposit payment. The platform couldn't resolve the issue, and after making the repeat payment it was classified as an insurance fee and not refunded. It's a complete scam, with overall costs far exceeding local store fees!

Cuando llegué a recoger el auto me dijeron que no tenían el auto que había solicitado debido a la “contingencia ambiental” en la CDMX, y que no había más autos disponibles. Lo único que se le ocurría a la persona que me atendió era que hablara por teléfono a atención al cliente de su empresa. Llamé y después de esperar 15 minutos me dijeron que sí tenían coche pero a un precio superior, que lo viera con el personal del sitio donde me encontraba. Entonces ya la persona que atendía me confirmó que acaba de llegar un auto y que efectivamente como era más grande que el que había apartado, pues su costo era mayor. Debido al retraso que ya tenía ahí y a que debía salir ya a mis compromisos, tuve que aceptar y pagar 70% más del costo original!!!, por lo que al final no conseguí el valor por el que tenía contratado el alquiler del coche con la plataforma de Qeeq, que era el precio promocional. Además, el personal de la agencia en el lugar tuvo una actitud defensiva, aclarando en todo momento que todo era responsabilidad de la plataforma qeeq y mía. Por ejemplo, que yo había contratado el seguro con queeq, y por tanto la empresa que alquiló el vehículo no se hacía responsable, entonces pasara lo que pasara, yo tenía que pagarles a ellos, y que me tocaba a mí demandar a la aseguradora que había contratado por medio de qeeq para que me pagaran, pero que la mayoría de las veces el seguro no pagaba, por lo que corría el riesgo de ser responsable de todo. Por todo esto no volveré a utilizar este servicio, porque veo que corro riesgos por todos lados.

El auto estaba en buenas condiciones y bastante limpio Al revisar la reserva el agente sugirió comprar otro seguro porque el que yo había elegido eera cobertura media y no incluía servicio en el camino y otros detalles, pero no fue muy insistente. Sólo noté un detalle en la conducción que le hice saber al personal al momento de regresar el coche.

Absolutely terrible service. The order placed in China was completely invalid locally. Upon arrival at Mexico City Airport, I was charged an additional $1200 for insurance, one-way rental, and other miscellaneous fees, which I had already paid through Zuzuche in China. I hope friends who see my comment avoid renting from this company in Mexico.

Es fraude esta página de rentas ,, pague por adelantado la renta del auto y el seguro , y cuando llegue a recoger el auto , me lo negaron y me dijeron que tenía que volver a pagar todo, Tanto reserva del auto como el seguro .. Me dijeron que los pagos que se hacen por internet son mentira y que siempre es lo mismo aquí en Mexico .. Pésima experiencia la que me lleve .. con EUROPCAR y la página de QEEQ.COM

I had booked a 7-seater Tiguan, but when I arrived, it was unavailable. They offered me a choice between a Suzuki Ertiga and a Kia Rio. Although the Suzuki Ertiga has seven seats, its price is significantly lower than the Tiguan, the car is small and dirty, and it wasn’t even cleaned properly at the time of pickup, requiring a wait. They insisted it was a comparable model, which was perplexing. So, I downgraded to the Kia Rio, which was slightly newer. I ended up spending 1600 per day to rent a compact Kia.

My credit card provides insurance for rental cars in Mexico. So I had printed a letter that I had received from my Credit Card Provider saying that the insurance will be covered by my Credit Card Provider. But Europcar did not accept that letter. They told me that you have to show an extra letter from Carta De La Comision Nacional De Seguros Y Finanzas. I told them that based on what is mentioned on the internet, a letter from my bank saying that my insurance is covered is enough, but they insisted that they will not give me the car if I do not buy insurance from Europcar. So I had to pay them 250 dollars extra to get the car.

This is a black-hearted company. They lure you in with cheap rental prices, then upsell you to high-priced cars. The so-called high-priced cars are just different brands of the same class, with daily rentals going up to over 500 yuan. Unlike this, at the airport, you can freely choose other car rental companies.

pésimo servicio me obligaron a contratar otro seguro que mi culpa fue haber contratado con qeeq para el depósito se negó la señora del mostrador diciendo que como es un banco nuevo y que no le generaba confianza que casi casi cambie de banco además de que cuando hable con qeeq para que hablara con la señora de Ace no hablaba inglés a duras penas logré entenderme con ella en español a y otra que no tiene tapa donde va el compartimento de equipaje casi casi buscando un cristalazo al entregar el auto me querían hacer responsable de la unidad dañada que ellos mismos me entregaron asi

While it's stated that the car can be picked up and returned 24 hours a day, the office didn't open until 8 AM even though I was there from 6 AM. The provided contact number was unresponsive during this period. Additionally, they only had a very basic 7-seater available, which is far below the class of a Tiguan, leading to a poor experience.
