Que si me lo queria llevar deberia dejar un depsoito de 14,000 USD o su equivalente en moneda nacional o contratar un seguro con Europcar de 1,207 pesos por los 2 días. Por tal razon me vi obligado a pagar este segurio adicional a pesar que con QEEQ habia pagado mi seguro. "

  8 - "Al presentarme al mostrador la señorita en turno me mostraba desconfianza al autorizarme la unidad aun cuando ya tenia todo pagado. me indico que no tenia seguro completo y para agilizar el tramite de la unidad accedí a comprarle un seguro por 7600 pesos que en realidad no ocupaba por que ya había contratado cobertura total. 1000 por que decía que podía entregar el carro sin gasolina, cuando el contrato dice claramente que se debe entregar con gasolina y limpio. tuve que acceder por que en realidad por las fechas no tenia otra opción. Otros clientes se fueron por que era el mismo proceder quieren vender mas de lo que uno ya había contratado lo cual me pareció algo incomodo."

Extremely inefficient car pick up and drop off process - the person whole checks you in then takes you to the car before coming back and doing the next customer. Waited 90 minutes. Also had to wait for someone to inspect the car when dropping off - took around 45 minutes."

  7 - "Car was super basic, USB port broken, came w 1/2 tank of gas aand was scratched and dented all over. It ran fine and got us A to B without any issues. Mandatory (allegededly) EXTRA insurance cost more than 2.5x the rental price agreed by QEEQ"

They said we would not have to return the gas tank full. It was 3/4 full when we got the car. We did return it full anyway because we were suspicious they would charge us extra and didn't want to take the chance. "

  9 - "El auto era lo contratado, en el proceso de check in el tipo del mostrador insistía en cobrarme un impuesto adicional, a pesar que el voucher decía que los impuestos estaban incluidos, finalmente me los quito y no pague nada más. El auto venia con golpes leves en la parte exterior, la vía del costado derecho desprendida y me lo entregaron con 3/4 del tanque. Asi que tome fotos. Mi sorpresa es que al salir el sistema de ellos toma fotos y me las envió, por lo que me quedé tranquilo de no esperar sorpresas a la entrega. Al devolverlo, lo di con tanque lleno y el proceso fue muy rápido. Lo del tanque me pareció una mala práctica de parte de ellos. Es importante leer bien lo que alquilas. El mensaje es: "si te dejas se aprovechan"."
