10 Easy, convenient and flexiblethere was a long queue for collection. four staff representing 3 brands. some people seemed to need a long time. we like Alamo but this was the slowest we have ever experienced

7.3 Difficulty in T2 pickup took over an hourMain issue is Riyadh airport T2 pickup location always has issues of system down or no cars resulting in long waits Always go to T5 atleast they have cars Car wasn’t cleaned properly inside but was good overall
10 100% recommend - just didn't like the insurance excess worry.The car was lovely and the staff were really helpful at Exeter - making sure I was familiar with the key features. They advised where I can drop off at Heathrow and went through the 'paperwork' on the iPad. I didn't like the £2,000 excess on insurance which I was offered on the spot to take there and then - as the cost was almost as much as the daily hire cost - but waived it. That made the experience much more stressful - particularly in London - and I was grateful to drop the car back without a hitch.- 8.7 Good drive and fun road trip to ChamonixThe Jeep I booked was not available so they offered a BMW 1 series instead. The car was a good drive

The only let down was we were waiting in the international terminal desk for ages before reading a sign on the Euro car desk saying pick up was in domestic. Wish Alamo had a sign up. Wasted 30 mins of time
