10 Seamless, stress free and reliable.I was delighted with the competitive price, the ease of booking, the quality of the vehicle and the speed of pick up at the counter.
8.7 Really poor experiencePoor. No petrol cars only an electric with 50% charge. “No charger” claimed. When I picked up the car a charger was right next to it. They couldn’t be bothered. Range supposedly 158 kms for a 194km journey. Rubbish it lasted 60 1/2 hour wait and I supposedly had 170 again it fell so fast (no heater no radio in eco mode) I had to stop for another 1/2 hour and by the time I reached the airport I had 16 left. Awful.

8.3 現在サイパンは寂れてクローズの店が多い吹き抜けのホテルのエントランスで受付・手続きしましたが、風が強く、何度か書類が飛ばされそうになりました。また、返却においては、キーをフロントに預けるだけだったので、車両の目視確認等もなく、後で何か請求があるのではないかと不安になりました。完了のメールはありましたが、人手不足のためか手続き等が雑の感がありました。- 10 Good experience with QEEQ and NationalThe staff were very polite. I was given a choice of several cars. As recommended by the service staff, I selected a Toyota Camry. To my delight it was a near new car. I was running late on the return and only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. To my surprise (and further delight) I was given a $10 rebate towards the fuel cost and only charged $6. I very much appreciated this. Next time I rent a car it will be with National at the John Wayne Airport.

- 9.7 QEEQ rentalI was very surprised when I was given an upgrade to a new Toyota RAV 4. I live in Canberra and was travelling to the Central Coast to visit family. The car was fantastic to drive. Quite comfortable. This was not a luxury car but more than suited my needs.
- 8.3 Good car and service, just a few improvements needed to help customersCar was ideal for us. The underground pickup place was a bit gloomy to see round and be introduced to the car. The return was very difficult to find around a busy, complex railway station and bus station - we think a small map in the car to find the entrance would help everyone. It was not made clear that an extra charge was needed for a second driver - however my wife did not drive at all and the agent refunded us which made us happy. Coming from the UK we were unfamiliar with toll both operation, so a small picture guide about how to work with the machines, make payments, choose the correct line, would be helpful.
10 I did not get the exact car but got a smaller oneI did not get the exact car but got a smaller one. I booked a Nissan X-Trail but was offered the Nissan, Qashqai which is a smaller size, although they offered me a Citron D7 but i refused.
