7.3 Very bad experienceThe pickup process took longer than expected when compared to other companies I have dealt with before. Upon returning the car, the rental company informed me that there were scratches on the front disc wheel and charged me 171 euros. However, when I received the invoice via email, it stated that I only owed 140 euros.
9 With some weird experience at the begginign everything was fine and it was a great trip.I needed to pay for 2h of parking at the airport when I've picked up the car or I would not exit, this was strange. Some weird operations with blocking the funds - the blockage was cancelled during the trip and then thay have added one additional transation for 0.01$ upon return - so no cost for me, but just a weird feeling.

8 Booking easy but pick up was a challenge.Be sure to check pick up location times. On weekends, this location does not open until 11am yet we arrived at 09:30. Had to wait 1 1/2hrs for staff to arrive and when they finally did, it took nearly a 1/2hr to check in with them. After looking at the fine print, this information was on my voucher so it was my fault for not being aware. .

8.7 no muy buenael coche tenía un foco trasero roto. No lo vi porque era de noche cuando cogí el coche. El personal a la salida del local dio la vuelta al coche y no me dijo nada. Me hizo firmar el papel y me dijo que saliera. Luego resulto que el portón trasero no se cerraba. empujabamos la puerta, se cerraba pero 2 segundos más tarde se volvía a abrir.- 9.7 Super experience withThe car was in excellent conditions and performed very well

10 Previously, a car rental reservation was canceled and the amount was not returned, only an additionaTHANKS- 9.7 Positive as a wholeThe car was great, brand new- the only issue was that I had reserved a smaller vehicle since I don't like driving big ones and this was very large - all they had left. It took a long time at the rental due to the number of people in line and only a few employees at first.
7 "Good"Appalling service. Not the car I booked. I booked a hybrid. When I realised and asked for car I booked I was told I would have to wait 1 hr.

- 9 AgridulceAl llegar por el auto se me hizo saber que para Europcar el seguro que había contratado por AXA no era valido y que solo tenia responsabilidad civil para terceros. Que si me lo queria llevar deberia dejar un depsoito de 14,000 USD o su equivalente en moneda nacional o contratar un seguro con Europcar de 1,207 pesos por los 2 días. Por tal razon me vi obligado a pagar este segurio adicional a pesar que con QEEQ habia pagado mi seguro.
