8 "Very good"Service was good, but the security deposit is refunded two weeks after the return, not a credit card pre-authorization, it's a direct charge which is a bit annoying. Also, the invoice is not provided on the spot and has to be sent later by email. I haven't received it yet...

7.3 Great price but so-so rental experience from local hire company.Car booked was not available at the time of hire so had to settle for a lower grade car until it could be replaced a week into the hire. Both cars were older than I would usually expect but serviceable.
