The lady at the pick-up counter was probably having a bad day.
The car itself was fine, ran smoothly and I had no problems
Dropping off in JFK was a bit of a mess as there were too many cars being returned at the same time, and only 1 staff working (who was very hardworking)
Like: The lot attendant was very helpful at COS, noting several missing items and damage on the bumper of the vehicle before I left the lot. Dislike: The reservation was for a Toyota corolla, but I was given a Hyundai Elantra and was told that there were no corollas available, nor any vehicles which I could be upgraded to. The vehicle was missing the floor mats and there was minor cosmetic damage on both the front an rear bumpers.
Like: A low mileage vehicle (nearly new). Dislike: None.
