Quite good. Discovered two hours before departure that my credit card had a UnionPay logo and had to make a last-minute booking, and it was still possible to secure a car, which felt very reassuring. However, the clarity of the store instructions could be improved.
Satisfied, the car was in good condition, economical and affordable. On-site service included refueling a tank, so there was no need to return the car with a full tank.
Smooth, straightforward pick-up and drop-off process, friendly staff. Car as expected, clean inside, few scratches on the outside but no issues.
