I am very satisfied with this car rental experience. The car was in great condition, and the pickup and drop-off location was very convenient in the city center.
The service was very efficient. I only needed to provide the booking name to pick up the car. They did not require a card without a UnionPay logo, nor did they push for additional insurance purchases.
Newish car - could have been cleaner.
Service on pick up was fast, helpful and efficient. Less impressed with vehicle return experience - slow due to very low staffing levels.
