Cizgi car rental company provides shuttle service from the airport to their dedicated office, where you can choose a car on the spot. The company's driver even took me to a nearby gas station to fill up the tank, as the rental policy was empty tank upon pick-up and return.
The staff outright refused our request to pick up the car one hour earlier without any room for negotiation. Their attitude wasn't great. I explained that we would return the car one hour earlier if we picked it up early, but the staff still refused and showed no flexibility at all.
Very satisfied. The staff were very patient. The car provided at pickup had only 14,000 kilometers on it. The condition of the car was great, and the space was plenty enough.
An 8-day self-drive trip around the island, the car was in good condition with approximately 60,000 kilometers mileage. It had wired CarPlay, which was very convenient for long trips. The pickup and return process was quick and efficient. They might ask about additional services, but if declined, they wouldn't push further.
Overall very satisfied. The only issue is that although the pick-up was scheduled for 10 AM, they didn’t process it earlier and wouldn’t allow changes to the pick-up and drop-off times unless you cancel and rebook. However, we worried that canceling might result in losing the desired model. The drop-off process was very smooth—after the car inspection and paying the highway toll, everything was done.
