I was given a different car than the one I have rented it’s a lower quality, I had to wait over one hour because my flight was early and I was told by the staff that I was delayed because I rented through QEEQ specifically because they have issues with QEEQ I had to be penalized by waiting more than one hour
“Overall good experience and great vehicle. Normal Turkish issues for pick up--but not too bad.”
About Enterprise:10.0/10
Could not ever get through to an English speaking operator for the customer service numbers provided me even though it was offered on the call menu. Just infinite waits and call was never answered. Also 5 days after turn in and there is still an extra "deposit" charge still on our credit card. Was supposed to be reversed.
Very good, the pickup process was smooth and fully digital. All documents, including photos taken during pickup and drop-off, were sent via email, making them easy to access.
The reserved car was unavailable, and I had to pay extra to upgrade to a BMW X3, cash payment only. They charged a 10,000 deposit on my credit card but only refunded around 500. I hope they can send me the detailed statement.
The car was very nice and clear. It was a really good experience to enjoy the trip this way in Turkey.
We just encountered a little difficulty in returning the car. Since there is an earthquake happened days before our trip, it affects the safety of the building of the shop. But we didn't get any notifications from Enterprise. We only notice that when we arrive at the shop and help by the shopkeeper next door.
It would be better if Enterprise could send the map/direction info before head. thanks!
The service was fine, and both picking up and returning the car went smoothly. The only reason I didn't give a full star rating is that the car provided was different from the one we reserved. We chose this car because it indicated that a Peugeot 208 could fit three 24-inch suitcases. Although I had doubts, I mentioned specifically that we needed a car that could hold three 24-inch suitcases. The store replied that this car can only seat two people and hold three 24-inch suitcases. So I was somewhat prepared, but they ended up giving us a Hyundai hatchback instead of the Peugeot 208, which was disappointing. If it weren't for the luggage capacity claim, I might not have chosen this package.
