Upon arrival the gentleman at the rentals desk knew who I was and knew about my booking. There was no confusion and no hard sell of extra insurance. I was given a vehicle in the next category up because they didn't have the one I'd originally booked. There was no option of choosing a vehicle - I was given a Renault Trafic minibus, which was fairly new and in good condition however there was no stereo! Return of the vehicle was smooth (posted keys in letterbox) and I got an email later that afternoon confirming everything was ok. Would definitely use them again.

As I was first in the queue I had not long to wait. If you are in a long queue you would have quite a wait. More counter staff would help.

Booked a Nissan qashqai and got a Peugeot...was offered a Renault espace at €50 extra....put another driver on and it cost €54 extra When picked up the car the exterior was filthy and with these add on’s not a nice experience
