รถสภาพดี แต่มีรอยขูดด้านข้างซ้ายนิดหน่อย แต่ไม่มีปัญหาต่อการขับขี่ พนักงานหน้าเคาท์เตอร์ บริการดีมาก สุภาพ รวดเร็ว พนักงานที่รับโทรศัพท์ ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าดีมาก โทรไปหา Thai Rent A car ตอนประมาณ 09.30 - 10.00 น. เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจอง เพราะยังไม่ได้เมลล์ยืนยันข้อมูลการจอง และยังไม่มีข้อมูลในระบบ ทั้งที่ข้อมูลการจองนัดรับรถ 12.00 น. ซึ่งตอนแรกร้อนใจมาก แต่พนักงานได้ช่วยเหลือโดยให้แอดไลน์ส่งข้อมูลการจองทางไลน์ จนสามารถได้รับเมลล์ยืนยันการจองได้ตอนหลัง 10.30 น.

I am really grateful to Thai Rent A Car. I rented the car from Bangkok Airport and returned it in Hua Hin. I was taking a flight from Hua Hin to Chiang Mai, but I miscalculated the time. The flight was scheduled for 12:20 PM, and by the time I returned the car, it was already 11:45 AM. I explained my situation to the staff at the Hua Hin office, and they immediately took me to the airport instead of checking the car's condition first. It was clear that they were also worried I might miss my flight, and they rushed me to the airport. In the end, I reached the airport at 12:05 PM, just in time. They later inspected the car, and I truly appreciate their handling of the situation and their quick response.

The car had multiple scratches, so I took several photos to confirm that these damages were not caused by me. I forgot to check if the windshield had any scratches during pickup. At drop-off, a female staff member specifically pointed out a small scratch on the windshield, claiming I caused it, and asked if I had recorded it with photos during pickup. After some discussion, fortunately, a male staff member came over and confirmed that the scratch was not my fault. It's really important to thoroughly check the entire car, including the windows, during pickup.

I originally booked a Honda City, but ended up with a Nissan Sunny. Thankfully, it was a relatively new car, about two years old with over 20,000 kilometers on it. The engine was a 1.0T three-cylinder with a turbocharger, providing a smooth ride with low RPMs and minimal noise. Previously, I rented a naturally aspirated Yaris in Phuket, which struggled on hills and was very noisy. The downside of the Sunny is the lack of a rearview camera and parking sensors, which is a bit stressful in Bangkok's heavy traffic.

The Yaris sedan with 90,000 km on it has no reverse radar or camera, not recommended for beginners. The staff's car inspection process is quick and straightforward.

The car that I rented is a Toyota Yaris Ativ, I didn't expect them to give me an old year Yaris Ativ, and there is no parking sensor on this vehicle. However, the car's condition so far so good. I was late to return the car as I needed to drive 2.5 hours from Hua Hin to Bangkok. The staff can't stop calling me and telling me I need to pay the extra charges. I already told her I have no problem paying extra fee, but still receiving their call on the road. So annoying.

At Don Mueang Airport, you can't use credit cards starting with a 6. You have to go to another airport to use them. The car return instructions are unclear.

Very satisfied. As it was a last-minute booking, I asked if I could pick up the car two hours earlier. The store was very responsible and arranged for a dedicated staff member to deliver the car to the airport. When returning the car, a staff member also came to collect it. The car has a rearview camera, and the front windshield is equipped with sun protection film. Overall, very satisfied.

The car rental staff was waiting for my return at 4 AM; however, the QEEQ Don Mueang Airport return navigation address was incorrect. I started driving at 3:50 AM; the incorrect navigation address kept leading me around the airport. I eventually had to pay 200 Baht for a motorcycle taxi to guide me to the airport's paid parking lot to return the car.

This car rental was split into three segments. On the first day, the car seat was infested with ants upon arrival. I contacted customer service and got a replacement promptly. On the second rental, the next day, the air conditioning stopped working, so I returned it for another car. The third car's seats were full of stains. The overall experience was mediocre. Although I can't expect much for a daily rate of over 100 yuan, the rental quality was far inferior compared to what we have in my country. I recommend choosing another company.
