Due to language barriers, the staff arranged for a return with an empty tank. When I returned the car, the tank had extra fuel and I was charged. It's unreasonable to expect anyone to guarantee an empty tank upon return! The extra fuel wasn't refunded; this feels like an indirect way to take advantage of renters. It feels like a trap.

1. Europecar has hidden charges for navigation and high taxes. The car rental company didn't provide any introduction and directly asked to sign the contract. Europe car has hidden charges amounting to 194.4 euros. Because I emphasized that I didn't need additional insurance, they made me sign and included the navigation system, which I didn't need at all. Since the contract was entirely in German, I wasn't aware of their hidden operations. I booked through Zuzuche, without any additional services, and Zuzuche should bear these extra costs. But Zuzuche hasn't resolved the issue. I will continue to file a complaint with 12315 and expose Zuzuche's shirking of responsibility online. 2. Booked an automatic car, but received a manual Jeep.

Due to a delayed flight the rental office was closed. I never even got a car from them… all I got was to pay the full price for the rental as it was a “no show’ I could understand if they charged me 20 eur or so, but 100%!! That’s not ok.

Everything was good and generally, we had no problem. There was just one thing. The car was diesel and also using AdBlue. When we were on the road, the car started giving a warning "AdBlue level is low, after 130 km the engine will not start". The km in the warning was continuously decreasing so we had to fill AdBlue. Normally the GLOBAL rent a car is responsible for filling AdBlue we are just responsible for the filling diesel. After dropping off the car, we showed the receipt of AdBlue and got the payment of it after some days, there was no problem! But it was an extra procedure that we shouldn't have made an effort. And also if we did not show and request our payment back, it would be an extra cost for us so it does not sound good!

Pick up process and staff was excellent. But drop off process terrible. there was no enough explanation for exit and to go to the departure counters of the airport. With me other customers also were trying to find the departure elevators and throllies.

I've rented cars abroad numerous times, and this was the least friendly front desk I've encountered. The staff was cold and never smiled, constantly trying to get me to buy their insurance. After refusing, they became even more impatient and uninterested.

my only complaint was at Buchbinder they have plastic boxes with lots of keys in each box. Originally I was going to get a Fiat Panda, then he changed his mind and said ill give you this instead. I am still trying to work out how the picture I have sent is like the one I ordered or similar ? I was so tired as I had been up since Thursday 15:00pm so around 23hrs and we had a 60min drive to Dortmund. I think it wouldn't of mattered what I ordered from Easyrentals, Buchbinder just pick a key out the box.

1. There was only one staff member at the store, and the pick-up location was a 5-minute walk from the airport. 2. Another car was blocking ours at the pick-up spot, making it impossible to collect our vehicle. 3. Despite calling multiple times, we couldn't reach the staff (this was around 11 PM). 4. We had to walk back to the airport to contact the staff. The only staff member prioritized other customers’ pick-up orders despite our issue. Eventually, they resolved the issue by changing the car, but it took a long time.
