There was a minor issue when we rented the car. We asked the staff for an electronic toll collection device and they said they had one. We signed the contract and the staff, probably eager to get off work, didn't include it properly. When returning the car, we were almost fined for electronic toll fees. Thankfully, my child, who speaks fluent Portuguese, argued our case and pointed out the contract wasn't signed correctly. The return staff then realized it was a mistake from when we rented the car and apologized. It was resolved smoothly in the end.
