Difficulty finding a petrol station and ran out of time. (Not their fault) Ridiculous that they charge a filling fee on top of the cost of the petrol. 22€ fee.

Staff at ecovia not helpful but in all my years of renting car very few staff at car rental offices have much customer service skills. We had a upgrade so from a Fiat 500 to a opal mocca so that’s why space in car excellent

We had to return the car and exchange it for a new one after one hour. Brakes were not working properly and tires needed air. The client service telephone line was completely useless. The Europcar representative that checked us in was careless and didnt explain the insurance conditions properly.

The car rental company's service was excellent. Both the pick-up at Genoa airport and the return at Rome airport were very good. Simple, direct, and clear. The car was very clean and in good condition.
