The car was exactly the same as mine at home so I could just get in and drive away. 2 pointers: It would be really useful to include the cargo cover as we had to drive around for 16 days with our suitcases on view. Luckily no one was interested but not having one could encourage theft. A mobile phone holder would be really useful for using Google Maps, etc.

For Drop off location, perhaps there should be an Apex sign. The GPS we hired was very poor, it couldnt find the satellite, and also the screen was not sensitive enough for touch.

The lady who helped me with the paperwork was very enthusiastic and serious, but the car wasn’t clean when it was handed over to me. The windows were covered in grease marks and the floor had footprints. Since we picked up the car at night and were in a hurry, we didn’t make a big deal about it. We cleaned it ourselves the next morning.
