Signage of Dollar desk in airport could have been clearer and the booking documentation should have told you to go to Hertz desk

Like: The staff where I pick up the vehicle are so great and friendly, perfect experience
Dislike: The full insurance should be an option when I reserve the car, cuz I thought I bought full insurance already, but when I get to the point turns out there’s another insurance to buy.
