Returning the car was smooth, and the staff were very friendly - definitely worth a five-star rating. However, I wouldn't even give one star for the pickup experience. The staff relentlessly tried to sell us insurance, even though we had already purchased the most comprehensive insurance through the rental platform. Once they realized we weren't buying their insurance, their attitude changed dramatically for the worse. They delayed us significantly, especially the person who attended to us. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

There were quite a few communication issues during pickup. The staff had a poor attitude, and after completing the paperwork, they simply tossed the car key without performing any vehicle inspection.

Check-in was the worst we’ve experienced and we’ve rented many cars in Valencia with all the companies. The 2 agents working that day were so busy chatting and giggling with each other and the other workers that we were stuck in a LONG line of people waiting to check in or check out. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the car and there was no reason for the delay. Every customer in line was clearly as annoyed as we were. That said, our return went smoothly and quickly with a different employee so no complaints on our return. We will not use this RecordGo location again, however.

They also offer motorcycle rentals. Overall experience was pretty good, and contrary to what others say, purchasing additional insurance was not mandatory. I only placed a deposit of 1200 euros without buying extra insurance, just the basic coverage from the car rental company. QEEQ is quite reliable. They rarely check translation documents or notarized certificates.

Though originally I wanted an Aygo to park it easier, they were so kind to upgrade me for free to Seat Arona. The car was perfect, very pleasant to drive, though actually I did not need that because parking easier was more important. Anyway, really positive experience, greatly recommend Budget Valencia Airport Office. Staff is great, they are pretty quick.

Returned the car at 10 PM, but they closed immediately after I was slightly late. They open at 8 AM, so I came early to return the car. Normally, returning within an hour of the scheduled time is acceptable. However, the rental company insisted on charging 80 euros, claiming it was for an extra day. When I asked to take the car back, they refused, saying it was already returned and couldn’t be taken again.

I chose basic insurance, and then I was told it requires a deposit of 1,100 euros because of potential accident damage and scratches. If I bought full insurance from them, I wouldn’t need such a high deposit. However, I would still have to pay an additional 85 euros as a deposit for a full tank of fuel, which is unreasonable since a small car's fuel tank doesn't even cost that much to fill. This was the worst car rental experience I've had in Europe.

The bumper damage was visible on pick Up, the emoloyee took photos of it and said it was in the database. But on drop off they said they did not see it in the system and wanted to charge us for damages. Luckily we had a video from pick up.

Overall good, but when we arrived at the rental store, they told us they had no automatic cars left and switched us to a manual. Barcelona is full of hills, and we originally chose an automatic to make it easier. As a result, we had to start on hills all the time... My foot got sore...

Found counter staff not polite very forceful with the sale of extra insurance to the point of bullying which considering we had paid the for the full insurance with Easyrentcars this treatment was not really needed. Booked a Fiesta size car they tried to make us take a fiat 500 (for 4 adults with cases). Not a nice company would not use them again. Hint for anyone else using them take photos of all marks on the car when you pick it up record them telling you that this scratch does not matter its not deep enough etc.

I rented a child seat. Due to our language barrier, they recommended insurance that includes a child seat, which was very expensive. There were no other options. Additionally, the price for a full tank of gas was inconsistent; two employees gave me different prices, which was confusing.

They charged me a fine of 62 euros, claiming it included an administration fee. But over 10 days later, they deducted another 40 euros, saying this was their company's administration fee, while the previous amount was for the traffic department. This feels like arbitrary and excessive charging! Who knows if they will charge again, claiming it's a fee from the rental platform next time? The original rental contract didn't clearly state what fees would be incurred for violations, and now they are just charging random fees afterward.

They said the fine would cost 62 euros, including the processing fee, but after paying, they deducted another 40 euros as their management fee. What kind of management is this? Are they just managing to take money from customers? Arbitrary charges and unclear fees.

When picking up the car, no staff guided us to the parking spot. They just told us where the car was parked and left us to find it ourselves. No one inspected the car with us, nor did they inform us to take photos. However, when returning the car, they blamed us for old damages. Thank you, shameless company. We had a one-day rental due to catching a flight and returned the car at a different location. All the damages were old, and they even drove the car away before I could take photos for proof, just because we didn't buy their full insurance? Your shamelessness is indeed impressive!

I initially thought that buying the comprehensive insurance on the platform would be sufficient. However, upon arriving at the store, the paperwork took nearly 40 minutes to complete, and then I was asked to pay an additional 40-plus euros for insurance. This is really frustrating; I've never encountered such inefficiency. I don't know if it's a communication issue between the platform and the rental company or some other reason. Ultimately, I decided to cancel it.

Complete reservacion para recoger auto en aeropuerto de Valencia. Recibi llamada de QEEQ indicando que tenia que recoger auto en otra oficina de Enterprise fuera elo aeropuerto. Inconveniente pero fui a local indicado. Cuando llege me indicaron que auto estaba listo en aeropuerto. Tuve que tomar taxi adicional al aeropuerto sin necesidad.

Be sure not to buy the insurance recommended by the store. No matter what insurance you purchase on QEEQ, the store will claim you have no coverage. When you pick up the car, they'll tell you about possible scratches and then try to sell you full insurance, scaring you with potential charges up to 6000 euros. The full insurance costs around 20 euros per day, which is more expensive than the car rental. After buying the store's full insurance, they didn't even check the car when returning it. They just took the keys and let me go. I don't know if they would check more thoroughly and cause trouble if I didn't buy the insurance. This time I was misled and bought extra insurance. Next time I'll just buy full insurance on QEEQ, which is much cheaper.

Very satisfied. Arrived 2 hours early, the MG car wasn't available, didn't want to wait, so paid extra to switch to a Steyr (this model is not listed on QEEQ). The car was in good condition. There were a few scratches when picking it up, but I just took some photos and didn't inspect it closely. I was a bit worried about problems when returning the car, but fortunately, the staff confirmed the damages were old, and they accepted the return smoothly. EUROPCAR is still pretty good.

The car was a disgrace. Dented both front and back and all down one side. Large paint scrapes front and rear wings. Parked in a corner which made it very difficult to leave car park. Gold car rep totally unhelpful just kept saying it's all on record sheet, so took a number of photos for my records when i returned the car.

On arrival at the company we had to wait over an hour to get the vehicle as only one person was serving despite about 6 on site. The car was bumped, scratched and dirty outside.

The customer service was very poor. We booked online and were told we'd only need to pay an additional 57 euros at the store to get the car. However, the customer service forced us to buy full insurance for 65 euros and we spent 105 euros for a full tank of Honda Civic's fuel, which actually costs less than 80 euros. It feels like fraud. We hope that the rental company can help us get our extra money back.

We originally booked a Citroën C4, but at pickup, we were upgraded to a Peugeot 5008 with extra space, which can be converted to seven seats! We purchased full cover insurance and paid an additional 169 euros. The car was almost new and very easy to drive. We returned the car at night when the counter was closed. We filled the tank, parked in the ATESEA parking space, left the rental documents in the car, and dropped the key in a box—everything was fine. The next day, the 150 euro deposit was refunded to my credit card.
