Budget is poorest rent company, I booked a Benz A class automatic car, the staff forced to accept cheap cars and said I have no options only automatic I have to accept. The staff attitude here is so bad i had never seen. They said you can wait or accept their offer. Then I wait about two hours eventually, they offered me a Audi A6 and forced me to buy a full insurance. I told them I have already purchased a full cover separate, they said I need to buy extra expensive insurance there, otherwise I can't take the car I want.

High pressure sales tactics to try and sell additional cover. 2.5 hour wait to collect car. Downgraded car as the one we booked wasn't available. Worst car hire experience I've ever had.

Europcar have worst customer service ever, I had an emergency which I needed to speak to there pick up office but for a whole an hour they wouldn't pick up the phone, and so I had to go back to there office which took more than an hour and when I reached I asked why aren't you answering the phone they said there busy to answer phone and furthermore I was mistreated in a horrible way

The staff was very responsible when handling the paperwork for picking up the car. Returning the car was also very quick without any issues!

The pickup procedure was fast, the office and garage were close to each other, and the car was in good condition.
