The waiting time during peak hours is a bit long, and there is only one staff member at the regular counter, so you need to allocate about an hour for the process. However, the overall procedure is quite quick, with both the rental and return contracts sent directly via email. The staff mentioned that if you notice any issues with the car during pickup, take photos to record them and report back during the return process. The whole service is fairly professional. The car provided was very new and well-equipped. I rented a compact automatic car, and they gave me a Toyota CHR hatchback with a hybrid system. The trunk space was large enough to fit two 24-inch suitcases without any problem. Very good experience!

Initially, they gave me a Q3, which I said was too small, so they switched it to a Tiguan. They recommended I purchase insurance, but I declined. The car had minor scratches, so I recorded a video of the car beforehand. During the return, they did a simple check, walked around the car, and checked the fuel gauge, then said everything was fine, which was great. In the end, there were no additional charges.

This car rental company is really great! Initially, I had to rent a car in a hurry due to a cancelled train. However, the staff at the store were warm and considerate. Although they first upgraded me to a manual car, I later requested an automatic one. Even though it was after their working hours, they still accommodated my request cheerfully and charged a reasonable fee. The entire process was handled with a fantastic attitude, leaving me very satisfied. After returning the car to the drop-off point, their subsequent handling was professional and efficient. They carefully checked the car's condition, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and friendly, without any impatience. It made a very strong impression on me, and I would definitely choose this rental company again if I need to rent a car in the future.

Europcar handled the rental. The booking was for a 10:00 AM pickup, but we arrived early to save travel time. The staff accommodated us right away at 9:15 AM without delay. They were professional, explained all necessary details thoroughly, and had already purchased and installed the highway toll sticker. At the time, there were about three customers and two staff members present. The process was orderly and efficient.

Honestly,this is my first time booking through EasyRentCars and to my surprise it was excellent. At first I had a skeptical thoughts because as others said, book only from official website Europcar, Sixt, Hertz etc big company, cuz it will not give headache. Cuz Dollar is not very big names like others,but it is managed by Hertz so it was no problem at all. During collecting my car was great cuz the staff very friendly and helpful. She upgrade from my Ford Focus estate to Mazda CX5 with addition CHF10 per day..and ad hoc add in second driver for CHF50 only, I got the brand new car with only 8km milage..just a new born baby for me
