The staff at the counter was not particularly friendly and took longer time to attend to me particularly when I returned the car.

Returning the car was also very fast and convenient—just handed the keys directly to the staff at the store. The staff thoughtfully arranged a car to take me to the airport. This trip was very enjoyable.

They helped us modify the rental service, so we rented the same model from SNAP on both North and South Islands, as we were already familiar with it.- 8.7 "Very good"They are okay. A bit passive aggressive. Insurance issue wasnt entirely their fault but this should be clearly communicated to the customer. Got told there was a disclaimer in their PDS. Ask them to show me and took them 15 minutes to find. So if it takes them that long to locate the fine print. Image how long for your average customer?
