It was hard to find the car as it was located near pillar 58, and returning the car was even more difficult. You have to rely on road signs and can't fully trust the navigation. My phone fell off in the car, and when I went back to email them about it being lost, they couldn't find it either.

受付カウンターで車のランクアップと保険の追加を勧められた。 人数と全ての荷物を見せたが、予約している車は小さ過ぎると言われた。 私は問題ない事を知っていたので、ランクアップしなかった。 不要な追加料金を払わされそうになった。 とても不信感。 地下の車を受け取る所に行くと、男性スタッフ1人で受付と「あなたの車これです。」と説明をしていた。 車を受け取るまでに、30分以上もかかった。 多数の客も私と同じく怒っていた。 スタッフ不足だと思う。 次回はレンタカー会社をdollarにしません。
