Avoid this company at all costs! Cheap doesn't mean good. While the rental price is low, there are hidden traps. As shown in the picture, they claimed the car was dirty and insisted on charging a €50 cleaning fee. It's like robbery. I offered to use wet wipes to clean it myself, but they refused, saying the car inspection at the return location is what matters. After renting many times, this is the first time I've encountered such a dishonest practice.
I just asked if I needed to add extra insurance, and they said no, so I picked up the car. When returning the car, I had underfilled the fuel by half a tank and offered to pay some money, but the staff said it was okay. This rental company feels very honest and straightforward, with no tricks.
The staff provided excellent service during both pickup and drop-off. The car was upgraded to a Ford Tourneo, which was a new car with just over 8,000 kilometers.
It was okay. Rented the car for three days but only used it for one day to visit Civita di Bagnoregio. On the return day, it was raining, and there were some rain stains on the car surface. They insisted on a car wash and charged 25 euros, which was a bit unpleasant.
The staff at the rental company was quite helpful. However, the car model was changed from a Ford to a Volkswagen Taigo, though they said it's the same category. That said, the car was in excellent condition.
No need to wait in line. They have their own dedicated parking area, and the office for processing is right within the area, making it very convenient and efficient.
