Very terrible, picking up took more than 40mins, asked my details again although I had it booked through your app. Car inspection wasn't precise and When I went to drop off the car, was nearly falsely charged an excess of over $4000 for the damage that was already on the car, luckily I had pictures taken prior to hiring the car. And when called the Clayton branch, I was told the details of that particular vehicle's damages are storred in the system, so why I was given a piece of paper which said there was no damage to the car? How many customers may have or might suffer from this sort of incidents?
