The late opening of the office ment I was unable to catch a booked flight (also a second customer with same problem. Needs a drop off point at airport if there is a late opening. Will not rent Apex again because of this. Why as they are owned by Avis can’t they use their facilities for early dropoffs

The car is very efficient and easy to drive, the extras are very helpful such as the reverse camera and the Bluetooth connection. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The hole process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

Very happy with the car. Easy to drive. The process to pick up and drop off the car was very smooth at the counter and finding the car was easy and so was the drop off. Very smooth. We allowed 30 minutes for the drop off and we did it in less than 10!

The was fantastic! The customer service provided by Sky (employee) was outstanding. From the moment he picked us up at the airport to the drop off back at the airport he was personable, friendly, I couldn't recommend him higher. Overall a great experience.

The pickup location is right in the airport arrival hall and very noticeable. You need to bring your local driver's license; a translation document alone is not sufficient. Electronic licenses are accepted. The actual car provided was an upgrade with more space.

After renting a car in Melbourne, the battery died due to our own fault. We called the emergency hotline and they helped us fix it free of charge.

The paperwork was handled smoothly, but there was only one staff member in the entire store, so we had to find the parking lot ourselves. A group of us dragged our suitcases around for a while before we found it. Once we found the car, we were not familiar with it, and there was no one to guide us. It took quite a while to get going. Returning the car was very simple and smooth, just handed the keys to the counter.

Determining the cost of damages is so slow, it takes 4 weeks to assess just two small scratches. I had to pay 3300 AUD upfront for minor scratches, and they will refund the difference if it costs less. Such small scratches would only cost 200 RMB to fix domestically, and I'm still waiting for confirmation.

One-way rentals are very convenient, the price is reasonable, the staff is very enthusiastic, and the car is great. They even upgraded the car for me.
