I had a very bad experience with Europcar. The staff made some mistakes on contract so we have been waited for 1 hr to get our cars. After rental, we returned the car to Europcar, the staff there has checked and kept the key. They emailed us again and mentioned we did not return. Also, we were extra charged by Europcar $250+ Aud. And I have to make oversea call to get back my refund. Overall, it really makes us very disappointed with the car rental service.
