The staff had a good attitude, and there was no need to queue for both pick-up and drop-off. However, some improvements are needed: First, they didn't speak any English, not even basic phrases; second, they were not very familiar with the procedures, and mistakenly treated a prepaid order as a pay-on-spot order, but luckily I had a printed copy of my reservation to avoid being charged twice; third, there was no receipt after returning the car, and I confirmed multiple times that there was indeed no receipt to be given.
