Car met expectations. Pick up process was bad, instructions for van were horrific and I could've gone directly to the garage if I had the address since I was in lisbon already. Pick up terms designed to scare customer into purchasing insurance also got under my skin, literally said any small scratch would be at least 430 euros which is absurd. Drop off process was normal.
Extend my rental with Bargain but had to change to another car due to unavailability. Prefer the previous one though. Staffs are always helpful as my son left his pouch in the previous car and the staff helped us to check.
The counter staff Mr. Amaan was very nice and polite. He had excellent customer service skills. I would recommend Hertz for everyone hiring a car in UK

When dropping off the car I was presented with another bill to pay and as running for flight did not have time to question what was all about. I have since emailed and awaiting response. I am still to understand the costs being presented. Just another point not sure if it was the road or car but you may want to check the tracking/balancing as car kept trying to go to the right so made it a little awkward at times. Also after driving for a day, I had to take to garage to check tyre pressure and informed incorrect valve was fitted - I paid for this to be replaced on driver front type.

AVIS charged me about $96 (£80) after dropping off the car. The only charge that I expected to come off my deposit was the toll paid in New York. That toll should have been about $20 or about £15. There was no damage to the car and the car was returned clean and fully fueled up.
I dropped most scores except for the excellent staff on site so that the overall score will be average.
AVIS needs to send an email breaking down the charges to justify the $96 taken from my deposit.

Not the car I booked but suitable alternative. Clean car and good condition. They did take an extra RM 100 deposit which was not expected but this was returned. Lots of scratches and cosmetic damage on the car before handover not all of which were on the handover form. Needed to spend time going through them and filming them as not fully documented on the form and it would be easy for Samavest to say these were caused by me

Everything went fine. The car was perfect and the staff was very efficient.
The only little problem I experienced was a long waiting time at Boston airport but I was anyway satisfied

The car was fine. There was some delay on pick-up due to incorrect address of Easirent desk at Gatwick in the pick up instructions. They could not explain the error.

The QEEQ instructions to get to the Easirent desk at Gatwick were incorrect. The instructions said to go to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Crawley. When I got there, I called Easirent and was told to catch a taxi back to Gatwick airport terminal. I reported this to QEEQ but have still not received a refund of the taxi fare. (The instructions to drop off the car in Manchester were also misleading).
