At check-in had problems with my credit cards, but Jessica (?) was excellent and solved my problem.
Car was great. Fob didn't work well. Advised to change battery. Did so. Still wouldn't open door unless attempted many many times. Finally removed the board from within the fob and used it without the case. Worked just fine. Not a big deal.
Got a free udgrade which was very much appreciated. The car was great and the pick up process at the counter incredibly quick. Not sure if this was because I had signed up for the Budget Quick Pass but it really worked. Faultless service and car.

Never used before but impressed so far. Like the idea the website continues to look for a better price after booking, although yet to see this work in practice.
Car smelled of cigarette. I was told that there was airport transfer to the car park, but there wasn't, so I had to pay 2x Uber of about $30 each out of my own pocket. I paid $800 bond deposit that should have been refunded within two weeks of car return, it is now over three weeks and I'm still waiting, with no help from QEEQ and no response from the car supplier.
Although Suria doesn’t have a service desk at the airport, their customer service staff was very prompt in responding and meet onsite within minutes of contact. The car provided was also in very good condition.
Exactly the right size car at a great price. Check in and check-out was simple, fast, and easy. It was easy to find the car and drop it off. Drove great. Good gas mileage. Overall excellent experience.

During the booking process, I accidentally booked a car at the wrong pick up time. I applied for a refund and rebooked the car. A few hours later, I received a call noting that I had made two bookings and confirming the refund. It was a great piece of customer service that put my mind at ease that the correct booking was in place. I would recommend QEEQ again on the basis of this attention to detail. Clearly there was a flag system in place and I appreciate the confidence that that gave me about my booking.
