Suria is good but their office is in KLIA Terminal 1, people landing at T2 need to move to T1 for collection. Suria representative will pick up from T1.
One clause that i didn't like is the off timing pick up and drop off charges which is bit more.

Sherene was an exceptional communicator. It was seamless pick up and drop off with her communication via whatsapp. I would definitely use them again.

I was not informed of this before arriving and was told to either take it or leave it!

Car was ideal for us. The underground pickup place was a bit gloomy to see round and be introduced to the car. The return was very difficult to find around a busy, complex railway station and bus station - we think a small map in the car to find the entrance would help everyone. It was not made clear that an extra charge was needed for a second driver - however my wife did not drive at all and the agent refunded us which made us happy. Coming from the UK we were unfamiliar with toll both operation, so a small picture guide about how to work with the machines, make payments, choose the correct line, would be helpful.

Booking was fine and a good range of products offered. I did not use the Price Drop. I did get my own Excess protection insurance because the excess was very high!
The vehicle was ok. There appeared to be a judder felt through the steering wheel from a certain speed, disappearing at a higher speed.
Gears were difficult to operate.
General drive was good and the seating was comfortable.
We waited over an hour to pick up our car. The man in the counter was not especially nice or helpful at all, he didn’t care.
We ended up changing the car at the Burbank airport in LA because the car was in poor condition. Noisy and really bad brakes, the car was dragging to the right so I had to parry to go straight. Tires was really worn down. We had planned a trip to the Nevada dessert and couldn’t risk getting stuck out there. However the women who helped us at Burbank airport was a real angel! She was super helpful and a real professional!
Worst car hire company I have ever dealt with. They didn’t have the car I reserved and the assistant manager (Dwaine) at Clearwater branch told me to F off when I said I wasn’t happy. They were not willing to help and just blamed the company for the poor service. I paid for a convertible and got an small SUV. Complete rip off, never deal with Avis again.
Absence of physical booth at the airport makes it a little inconvenient as we have to call up hours before returning the rental car to ensure somebody will be at the drop off point to receive us.
Smaller car than anticipated.
The location of the car was a LONG way away from the office at Bari airport and difficult to find upon return in the dark and heavy rain.
