I had my reservation at 8 but got my car at 9:30. Wasted 1:30 hrs.

I specifically ordered a Skoda estate but ended up with a suv with a smaller trunk space. Not sure if this is an Alamo issue or easyrentcars but car luggage space was smaller than it should have been.

I booked for Mercedes Benz E class but I got C class. I should be getting the car of the similar class but got a lower class car. Except for getting the lower class car, the car itself was in very good condition and super clean. Staffs were helpful and kind though there were mistakes when returning the car ( I only drove 330 miles but the staff mistakenly calculated that I drove more than 1000 miles but it was corrected and sorted out fast. So no problem).

Happy with the price paid. Car had lots of scratches and dents - I had to take lots of photos to make sure that I wasn't going to be charged for anything post-hire. Service was a bit slow on pick up - staff were available but did not attend the counter to serve us.

The booking disappeared out of the app when we landed. This caused me some distress as I knew it was there and had checked it was in the departure airport. When I eventually found my way to my bookings it said I didn’t have one Luckily I had my email and eventually found the Green Motion Phone number. Green motion made my day

no flexibility in helping me adding the second driver. I ended up not adding it.

For crediting my points, I'm requested to post documents that Sicily by Car is not providing me. the only document that remain in my hands si the final check after the return. I have to submit it 2/3 times before it will be accepted despite the facts it has all the requested info in. Very annoying waist of time.
