The reserved car was unavailable, and I had to pay extra to upgrade to a BMW X3, cash payment only. They charged a 10,000 deposit on my credit card but only refunded around 500. I hope they can send me the detailed statement.

The service was fine, and both picking up and returning the car went smoothly. The only reason I didn't give a full star rating is that the car provided was different from the one we reserved. We chose this car because it indicated that a Peugeot 208 could fit three 24-inch suitcases. Although I had doubts, I mentioned specifically that we needed a car that could hold three 24-inch suitcases. The store replied that this car can only seat two people and hold three 24-inch suitcases. So I was somewhat prepared, but they ended up giving us a Hyundai hatchback instead of the Peugeot 208, which was disappointing. If it weren't for the luggage capacity claim, I might not have chosen this package.

First of all, the store is not located within the airport, which makes returning the car very inconvenient. Secondly, we booked a Jeep but received an MG instead, which is a downgrade. The car was smaller and lacked power. Thirdly, despite purchasing the highest-tier insurance through the rental platform, the store still insisted we buy additional insurance. The deposit for the car was extremely high—1000 euros—and even after returning the car, the deposit was not refunded promptly. Additionally, it was very difficult to contact the assigned representative.

It was a complete nightmare. Called the store clerk upon arriving at the airport, but couldn't understand them due to a heavy accent and poor attitude. After contacting customer service, I finally got to the store. The clerk demanded 200 euros for highway fees, threatening a 15 euro charge per camera if not paid. Had to pay 100 euros after further customer service intervention. Not sure if the clerk or all Turkish people are scammers. On one day, the car broke down and we were stranded on the highway. The rental company said we could only contact them via WhatsApp, but I couldn't receive the verification code. Kept asking customer service for help until we finally got a new car after a whole day's hassle, which completely disrupted our travel plans.

The car was not picked up with a full tank and returned with a full tank, but rather picked up with an empty tank. The reserved gasoline car was not provided; instead, we got a small Fiat diesel car. When we picked up the car, the fuel tank was empty. The staff only focused on getting our signatures and did not inform us that the car had no fuel! I understand English, so they could have told me, but even without that, there are translation apps they could have used to notify me. They didn't say anything! We drove about 10 kilometers and had to stop by the roadside because the car ran out of fuel. Most importantly, when we called the company, no one answered! Another issue: the car they gave us was extremely dangerous. A maintenance warning light came on as soon as we started driving! They just took a lot of photos when handing over the car and didn't explain any important details. It feels like they only care about making money and not about our safety! At the gas station, we stopped and had someone inspect the car, and they told us the tire pressure was uneven and the wheels were loose! We had to get it repaired ourselves. When we asked to change the car, after a lot of back and forth, they told us there was no available car in the area. We were in the capital city, Ankara! I don't even want to talk about the return process. Overall, it was a terrible experience! Everyone, please spend a bit more money to rent a car at the airport, and go for a major car rental company. Avoid these kinds of rental agencies that do not ensure your safety!!

The app showed that both pick-up and drop-off were at the airport, but the actual location was ten kilometers away in a remote area. The rental company is very unprofessional. I waited over an hour at the airport to get the car, and over half an hour to return it. The car was handed over with an empty fuel tank. The condition of the car was also terrible, with maintenance lights on when I received it.

This was my first time renting a car. I chose the cheapest car but opted for the most expensive insurance. I thought the staff would take me to the car, but instead they directed me to select one from the lot, so there's a high chance the car you pick might not be available and they'll give you another one. The staff also presented a paper while signing the agreement, stating that any issues with the glass or undercarriage would be the driver's responsibility. This is not a problem as long as you have purchased the highest insurance on QEEQ; local insurance companies can reimburse it, although you may need to pay upfront. You can just take the car yourself. AVIS is a big rental company, so they might overlook small details. When returning the car, follow the 'rent a car' signs, drive slowly and follow the instructions. Go to level R of the parking lot where there's a small office. The staff will quickly inspect the car and then you’re done. As long as there are no major scratches on the car, it should be fine.

The store is right inside the airport, very convenient. The deposit is low and was refunded within three days after returning the car. Avis is really great, the car was in very good condition, and both picking up and returning the car were quick and easy. The deposit was also low. I'll definitely choose Avis again in the future. Before traveling, I read a lot of negative reviews about other companies, so I decided to rent from Avis in advance. They have a counter at the airport, which is very convenient. The car was new, with less than 3000 km on it. The initial deposit was just 500 RMB; I thought it was a mistake at first and confirmed it multiple times through text messages. The deposit was refunded the day after I returned the car (minus toll fees). During our 12-day road trip, the roads were well-constructed, wide, and not very crowded. Fortunately, we rented a small car, otherwise it would have been difficult to navigate in and out of small towns. Google Maps often directed us to very narrow roads in small towns. The toll fee was automatically charged through an HGS device, and gas stations offered free car washes.

Car pick-up was easy and straightforward. A company representative met us at the arrivals hall and took us directly to the parking lot opposite. After verifying and inspecting the car, we received the keys. No unnecessary questions or explanations about operating the vehicle. They just informed us that the car had no gas and could only drive for about 10 kilometers. We also had to pay the parking fee ourselves when leaving the lot. I asked the parking attendant where the nearest gas station was, but he didn't speak English. Without further ado, I drove out of the airport, avoiding highways and overpasses, sticking to surface roads to find a gas station. I stopped on the side of the road and flagged down a taxi to ask the driver. He didn't know either. Just when I was about to despair, a passenger in the taxi told me to follow him. People in Islamic countries are actually very friendly, haha.

There was no office at all. On the pickup day, I searched half a day at the airport and found no one. Eventually, I found someone who quickly handed over the car at the underground parking lot. The car I got was not the model shown in my booking. I had to drive back to pick up point to request to change to another car after picking up the car as alert "Low Tyre Pressure" was lit on car's control panel. Later, the car they replaced was in very dusty and dirt condition. In addition, alert "ad blue low level" was lit and I have to refill the ad blue by myself on my way after driving the replaced car for a few hours. Fortunately, the rest of all was working fine.

There is no office at the airport. I called the rental company and waited a long time for them to arrive. The office is a ten-minute drive from the airport. The car had no fuel, and I had to refuel it myself. This company seems very small and unreliable. I do not recommend it. Picking up the car took too much time. It's better to rent from a company that has an office at the airport.

This is a fraudulent company. We bought insurance for 520 euros at the store, had a minor collision on the way and reported it to the police on site. The police issued a handling email to the car rental company at the scene. After returning the car, 850 euros were deducted from our credit card for repair fees. The car rental company said we did not report the incident to the police, so the insurance couldn't compensate!

The service was terrible. I requested a sedan but was given a hatchback. It was late that day, and when they delivered the car to the terminal, only a hatchback was available. Their attitude was awful, basically like they didn't care. The worst part was all the unnecessary deposits they asked for, along with various miscellaneous charges. The car they gave was in poor condition, very noisy, and sounded like a tractor when reaching 90 km/h.

Extremely unreliable car rental company!!! Please be cautious! They charged a 500 lira deposit on my credit card when I picked up the car. I returned the car on January 21st, and the staff said they would refund the deposit within 2-3 working days. Today is February 12th, and I still haven't received the deposit. They said there would be a customer service representative at the exit to greet us, but there wasn't. We had to call and they arrived late. The representative said we needed to pay a deposit using a card, but they did not accept cards with the UnionPay logo (my card is an international card with both UnionPay and Visa logos). Waited for an hour in the arrival hall, they asked for my credit card before I even got settled. I booked an automatic, but they gave me a manual and insisted I booked a manual. I've rented cars in the US over 20 times and this is the first time I've been charged a 50 lira cleaning fee for a dirty car. They held a 500 lira deposit, not a pre-authorization. Honestly, I didn't even plan to get it back. Remember, do not use this company, don’t skimp, and always buy full insurance. If big brands don’t differ much, don’t hesitate.

The rental company's address was fake. Upon arriving at the airport in the morning, we called and were told to wait at the airport. After a long wait and multiple follow-up calls, they stopped answering altogether. We had no choice but to take a taxi to the address listed on the rental contract. The address turned out to be fake, with no such street number. Finally, after the taxi driver made a call, we managed to pick up the car from a car wash. The taxi fare cost us 300 lira. This company has no desk at the airport. The provided phone number was unclear with an extra area code, making me make over ten international calls, costing me 170 RMB. The so-called seven-seater was not as expected. The seventh seat could only be used by removing the luggage compartment cover, which was very small and only held four pieces of luggage, so we had to rent another car. The second car was manual, which wasn’t clearly communicated, causing us a lot of trouble. The person who delivered the car didn’t speak any English, so we had to communicate through numerous phone calls with the company. Main points: 1. The car wasn’t as described, resulting in extra costs for the customer. 2. The poor communication service wasted our time and money. This was the worst experience among all my rentals from Zuzuche, making me doubt their service and influencing my future choices.
