After driving 70 kilometers, the car had engine trouble on the highway. Contacting them to exchange the car took five to six hours, with different customer service representatives each time. They only knew which car we rented but nothing else, requiring us to explain our situation repeatedly. Agreed solutions with previous representatives were not recorded or implemented. It took getting angry with the last representative to have them finally arrange a hotel for us and a car for the next morning. Ultimately, we had to find our own way back to the hotel.
