The pickup location staff included an inexperienced lady, but her attitude was good. Eventually, someone more experienced resolved the issue. Overall, the service was good, and the car was in great condition.

The car was in good condition, and renting was convenient. You can switch cars yourself, which is quite considerate as it saves you from having to rush back to return the car. There are few automatic cars. I booked an automatic, but there were none available at the store, and waiting took a long time. I had no choice but to switch to a manual. Not sure if the price difference was adjusted.
