The rental company couldn't provide the car at the reserved time, and the staff was extremely rude, making various excuses. We waited for 3 hours (by that time it was already 2 PM, an hour past the reserved pick-up time of 1 PM), and just before we were ready to complete the pick-up process, we asked what compensation the rental company would offer for the delay. The staff replied that if we didn’t want to rent, we could leave immediately. We were very dissatisfied with this attitude, so following the advice of the rental platform, we did not pick up the car.
